Returns and Exchanges

Received a damaged product? No problem! We offer free shipping on exchanges. Email us at hello@greennotes.co with your order number and we'll send you a return label. 

Not what you were expecting? We kindly ask you to ship the product back to us. We'll refund it for you. 

All returns must be in their original condition. Green Notes Co has the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return requirements. 

Once we have received your return we will process your refund. Refunds take 7-10 days depending on your banking institution. Once your refund has been processed we will send you a confirmation email.
